| At the Cordts Flooring Company we define the art of antique reproduction flooring with both authentic reproductions and replicas of antique parquet panels and original patterns in an antique style. Our contour parquet surface duplicates the aging and wear that flooring undergoes with time and use. These floors are not flat machine made surfaces which appear artificial in rustic, classical and country french decors. Each of our floors are individually hand made and have a hand-carved and contoured surface which has the character of a treasured antique. Our craftsmen finish these panels with hand rubbed finishes that have a patina that only countless hours buffing and polishing brings. The finished panels are not only a feast for the eyes but a pleasure to touch with their silky smooth surface. |
